Negligent service by Mebelkart – Gati

It is of great regret and after a lot of difficulty I’m writing this letter to make you conscious and aware of the inconvenience caused to me after availing the deficient services and harassment which I’m subjected to without reason. With reference to order# 1001094620 placed online on 06/11/2015, the delivery confirmations kept on rescheduling starting from 7th Dec. Finally it got delivered on 7th Jan’2016 by their courier partner Gati(tracking# 181679755) that too in a damaged condition. In the meantime I have rounds of follow-ups(they never wanted to cancel and refund) which they should have done on my behalf. The tracking details will show a shipping issue which finally I resolved in multiple calls with Gati and Mebelkart since 16th Dec. Please refer attachments for the supporting claim. Even now they are seeming reluctant on refund and acting negligently. As per transcript they promised me full refund initiation on 8th Jan if they failed to deliver undamaged by 7th Jan. This has not been done yet though they confirmed that in call @12:31 PM on 11th Jan. I am appalled seeing the insensitivity in dealing this case though it is completely their fault. This is causing me huge loss to me. Their conduct is so disgusting that the brand image stands dubious and contaminated. So hereby I request your helping hand for the refund and the penalize them for the harassment.
