I had placed an order on October 15 (order number: 151016681632685) which was supposed to be delivered by October 21.

I haven’t received my order as yet. I had registered a complain and sent several emails to care@jabong.com, chiefmanager@jabong.com. people called me but they could not say if i’ll get my order or no. And they never followed up after their first call. I had to write again to find out the update.

It is absolutely unprofessional behavior from jabong team towards their customer. They are not even telling me whether they’ll resend my order because all the products are very much in stock or they’ll refund my amount to my card.
