New year sale order cancelled by Snapdeal

Hi,i hav ordered two nike shoes on snapdeal on new year sale ,which they have cancelled by their own today, saying that seller is unable to give the product ,y should i face the promblem as they confirm my booking they have to deliver the product …so kindly tell them to deliver as i had better option in other online portal where all offers are end and i have lost even the chance to buy it from there..kind help
