I bought karbonn titanium s5+ mobile in dec. 2013 for Rs. 10,000/- (1st genuine mistake). In june 2015 I got water damage to my mobile. I gave it to service center with high hopes (2nd genuine mistake) who after 3 months in September said take away your mobile and get it done in local market!?
So I thought lets call customer care(3 rd genuine mistake). So I talked with vxxxxxa sxxxxxxxa 18/09/2015, sxxxxxh mxxxxxa 22/09/2015,
axxxxxxxk sxxxxxxa 25/09/2015, axxxxxxi 29/09/2015. Still no satisfactory answers or reply. only pure lies.
So can i go to court and file a complaint against karbonn mobiles?
