I have shifted from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 02.03.2016 and was in Lemon tree hotel Navarangpura, I hired Uber to move from Hotel to move to a rented House, Safal Parishkaar-I, Khokara Circle, on 06.03.2016. I forgot my parcel (Woodland shoes) in the cab.

I realised in half an hour and called up the driver so that he can return my parcel. He confirmed that the parcel is in his car. I requested him to deliver the same to me. He said ok and he promised that he will drop the parcel to Lemon tree hotel. Later he didnt turn up and had an excuse saying it is very far and i cannot go to that place.

I requested him to drop it to the near by place to his home he said helmet circle, Ahmedabad is fine to drop the parcel. I forwarded him the address and the contact person’s number. He contected him but didnt turn up to return the parcel. (Uber’s Office is near to the place.)Driver’s reason for nt returning the parcel: It is too far and i cannot go to deliver the same.

I requested the Driver and gave him an address which is 2-5mins from his home he accepted and said he will deliver it but didnt turn up.

After all this i called up Uber support, They confirmed saying driver has the parcel and he will return it on 15.03.2016 driver did not turn up to the Office.

Uber support connected to thir driver again and requested me to take the parcel from their office on 17.03.2016 and still there is no confirmation on parcel has been recieved to their office.

This is merely harrassment and nothing else.

Kindly help me in getting my parcel back
