No compensation from Indigo for damage to baggage

On 28.04.2015 I was traveling from Delhi to Kolkata, Flight no. 6E205, PNR- F6YHPP. During Check in I have paid Rs. 1500.00 for extra baggage weight and I advised to take proper care for the baggage. But unfortunately at kolkata I found the bag got damaged due to mishandling. After that I lodge a complaint to the INDIGO counter near the baggage collection and they took some photo graph and advised me to make separate complaint through internet. After doing that that they took the complaint and called me over phone and after long argument they told that the damage is minor. They offered me a travel voucher of Rs. 2000.00 which is not acceptable to me also not usable for me. I want a proper compensation. Please Help me to get proper justice. I am attaching herewith the photograph of the damaged bag.
