I ordered a hand grinder from starcj alive in February from the brand qintara (life crystal) the product had 1 year warranty but the product is not working now so i contacted the channel but they said they have no responsiblity regarding this and provided a number of the brand representative but that no. Is constantly switched off and no action is taken till date. I find the channel responsible for this, if they are selling a product they should have all the details regarding that product but all that they provided is a number which is forever switched off. i want that some action should be taken as soon as possible.
