I have book a prepaid order on 17 July 2016 with the three items from Voonik App. but while i get acknowledge mail i found that the order pick the different pin code and address. means it picked the my home address from my last address and the pin code from the address that i mentioned at the time of order place(Ofice). well i call to Customer care in 18 july and interact with “Ms Sxxxxa” and asked her to change the address or pincode so that the parcel can be deliver either on my home or on my office place. but she said that “only two item can get cancelled but one can not as it has been confirmed, either it will be cancel itself you may cancel the same when our courier partner will call you for delivery as i had mentioned a note here.” i said ok. but after a lot of wait i got a mail on 22 july that “your order has been delivered”, i called again on 23 july to voonik and interact with “Ms Gxxxxa” then she said that “it has been wronkly mentioned and your order did not deliver , i am sorry for that and within 48 hrs you will get the product positively.” i said OK and again waited then again called on 27 july and interact with “Mr. Axxxxxxxk” and he repeat the same story as earlier said by the Garima. then i interacted through mail to Voonik it also repeated the same story and said gain and again to wait. now i again called today (04/08/2016) and interact with “Mr. Vxxxxy” he again repeat the same false promise. filnally no body is taking the case seriously and every time said to wait for 48 hrs and all that. i can say that Voonik is making fool to its customer nothing else.
i Request to Consumer Court to please intervene into the case and please get refund my amount soon.
