My name is Abinash Mohanty. I have ordered a philips hl7720 grinder order no .55492893 on 7th june 2015 was dispatched by beacon surface logistics tracking Id-101550. With the expected delivery date of 17th June 2015. But it is not yet received by me and also I m unable to tack the shipment from the website as it is showing details not found. When I called the courier they told me that they don’t know anything about such shipment. When I called the shopclues people mailed them but they are also not helping me. Or not giving my money. Please help me.

  5. shop clues knows everything about this courier problem, which items shop clues dont want s to deliver then shop clues give the fake courier service ( Beacon surface) which is not the traceble…

  10. I have place on ordered in ShopClues on 2nd Feb 2016 “Samsumg LED Full HD 40 Inch TV” and paid the cash via online and still waiting for the product. But the status showing as delivered by Beacon Surface Courier (online tracking no: 135719 which I am not able to track in Online and even the Shop Clue customer care people) but I still have not received the product yet. Yesterday ShopClues Customer care people called me and forced me to cancel the Order and product can not be delivered and will refund the amount. Today they are arguing the Product has been delivered and we are helpless. Really they are cheating and I am very much frustrated day by day. Lost the everything Money, TV, peace because of them. Please help me out to resolve this.

  11. i have ordered a 55 inch led tv through shopclues. They provided a tracking id with beacon surface as the courier and tracking site . i am not able to track the items . i have called shopclues customer support many times but everytime i call they kept on saying to wait for 48 hrs.

  12. I’m facing the same problem. I’ve ordered one 40″ and three 32″ LED TV’s for my hotel. (Order Nos:86899183 – 8685406 – 86883641 & 86886185. I am clueless about them tracking on Beacon Surface/7Horses yield no results. Nor do get any response from their given landline numbers, and one number does not even exist!!!! This has been a gross betrayal by Shopclues of whom I have been a dedicated customer. Once again I urge you people to take immediate action and rectify the same ASAP. Also I want to know the real time status of my consignments.

    Tracking ID 139976. Prepaid Whirlpool Refrigerator. The item is not delivered from shopclues and beacon surface. And they updated the status as delivered. Please help me with delivering the product or return my money back.


  17. My order was placed on 28March 16.and today it’s shows that it’s deliverd to me .on 2april was on Rajasthan and on 5th they saw its deliverd to me via beacon that big issue will they provide my product is not deliverd to mee what should I do

    How to tackle the issue.

    Pls find below our order details and the issue faced by me.

    This is with ref. my order no.89138801 placed with for online purchase
    of Voltas AC 1.2 Ton The Order date is 28th March 2016. The status showing as desptached to courier Beacon Surface on 30th March 2016. Informed that
    it is in Telangana on 31st March 2016. Despatch date 7th-9th April 2016.
    The despatch date again changed to 4-5 delay and 14th April 2016.
    Still not received.

    Called customer care. They are also not able to tracked (we are informed by the
    company which is selling the product. The company is not able to track their
    shipment). They tell we have to wait for 2 working days.

    When I register complaint from my mobile. It shows error .

  20. I had booked just small kitchen utensils set .from Shop clue .it was shipped by BG couriers it is showing product delivered but actually product didn’t came. This is cheating. Pl do not order from. Shop clue. and BG couriers is also cheater
