On 4th august 2016 I ordered a Saree(Dress/cloth) from Voonik.com through my Voonik mobile app (for reference Order no-R784313551, order amount of Rs.702) and also I paid the amount. their expected delivery date was 14th august 2016. but till 20th august the product was not delivered and there is no information from seller side. so I Inform them and ask them about the expected delivery date their reply was that they will let me with in 48 hours, but they failed again I wrote to them about my product and also contacted over phone and asked to cancel the order and return me the money so they told me that the order is canceled and and I will received money by 3 days but after 4 days when the money was not credited to my account again I spoke to customer service agent but again they was asking for more 5 days to return the refund money but now that 5 days also over but my money is not credited again they are giving some new story that they will deliver my product and now I have to Wait for more 48 hours.
