No delivery, no refund from Voonik

I ordered a shrug from Voonik on 15th Nov. The order was confirmed and the delivery date was 26th Nov. Neither the status changed nor did the delivery happen. I talked to the customer care but they behaved rudely and told the order will be delivered by 2nd Dec, that is today. But it didn’t. The status is still ‘confirmed’. On cancellation of the order, my refund is under ‘process.’. i want my money back immediately.

    Sir i have returned order No. R004422867 (invoice No. 17.11.2015 Designer suit and your delivery boy picked up the same product on 01.12.2015. But there is no response (email) from you about the refundable amount. So you are requested to kindly consider my request for refundable amount.

    I ordered a dress from Voonik on 17th March. the order was confirmed. When the order reached to me it had size mismatch problem so I cancelled the order .My dress was taken by the Ecom courier agency the very next day, but my money was not refunded to me till now.
    I want my money refunded immidiatly.

    Hi ,

    I have returned the item against Order Number R387054348. the order was picked up and I received the email from Voonik to provide the bank details on Mar-28. I emailed them all my details but after I did not received any response form them.

    Then again I emailed them on Apr-11 for the refund and they reply me on Apr-12 that they have forwarded the issue to refund department and they will reply in 48 hours and till today there is no response form them. There is no proper way of dealing with the customers rather Voonik is making the customers FOOL.

    I return my oder 17 days berfore . but now it self money was not refund . when it will be refund . I very disappoint .
