No installation of Aquaguard water purifier even after two months

I had purchased Aquaguard Classic via snapdeal & snapdeal has sent a mail of contact on how to register installation. so it was 22nd June i had called & registered installation. since then i called up many times to eureka forbes no. complained, but no use. every time they assure that sir it will be done today rest assured. some times i heard excecutives over phone laughing because from 2 months it didn’t happen. sad to know about eureka forbes treats there customers like this. i wrote to customercare id of eureka forbes, then recieved a call from there HO couple of times but no result. till date this installation is pending. dont know what to do with that aquaguard. feeling regert that i purchased eureka forbes purifier. pathetic service, no customer delight, customer gets frustated but they don’t care.
