No on-time delivery by Amazon

I had ordered two products from Amazon, on 10th August 2017 with “one day delivery” and paid extra Rs.100 for that. Both the product should be delivered on 12th August 2017. But even after paying extra i have received only one product. When checked with Amazon Customer care executive named Hxxxxxxu, he said the product is not even dispached and will take more time to deliver n he can’t say how many days.
When I asked him to transfer the call to the manger, he denied to transfer the call and was not even ready to tell his full name.
