I recently bought a r.o ( dr. aquaguard magna hd r.o ) from ( eureka forbes limited c/o drive india enterprise solution, plot no. 562, bhandari farm, lucknow, u.p – 226008). from the very first day r.o had some functionality issue. i contacted the dealer for the same and he said that there is no issue and it would work fine. initially the issue was that, it stopped working for few hours and after some time it start working again. but on 10/Nov/2015 it stopped working permanently.

For this i registered a complaint on eureka forbes service center helpline 022-39883333. i tried to reach the customer service center through phone many times ( approx. 30 – 40 times) but they are not showing any interest towards the complaint and giving new dates every time. today also i talked with their customer care executive mr. prxxxxxn at 11:55 AM and their floor manager mr. vxxxxxr and this time also they gave me a new timeline and when i asked mr. vxxxxxxxxr to send me a mail mentioning the timeline that he promised, he denied.

For last 23 days my family is forced to purchase drinking water bottle from the market which is causing us a lot of mental and financial trouble.

As this issue persists since the purchasing of r.o and as per service behavior of eureka forbes, i no longer trust the eureka forbes and i want the replacement of the r.o. i request you to please intervene in this matter and help me to provide the solution asap. below are the complete details:
