I have a smart Office Connection with Reliance with 7 Landline Numbers & 3 Broadband Connection spead across 3 different locations in same City.
Out of this, 2 Broadband Connections & 1 Landline connection is Out of Order from 12th June 2014 as Reliance had not paid rent to the place from where the lines were distributed & they moved Reliance out. No other place is restored since then & lines are still dead in entire area.
Immediately after 3 days till date around 15 complaints have been filed to them asking them to restore lines. When we got fed up after 3 months, we gave a disconnection request & Rental Waiver for this period since we used to get 1 single bill for all the lines.
Lines have got discontinued for 40 days now yet Reliance has not cared to issue us a Rental Waiver. We have got tired sending emails to firstname.lastname@example.org & still awaiting our Money back.
