I have ordered a Sony CP-F5/BC ULA USB Portable Charger (Black) order no. 1042908706 Dated: June 24, 2015 which i have got duplicate product. I have returned that product on given address and their merchant have received that product on 13th of July, 2015 and today after so many mails and so many calls I still not able to get my money back. every time they ask for 24-48 hours time and same story repeat again and again.

I have talked again today date 14/08/2015 on their customer care number his executive Mr. Rxxh Kxxxxr and again he need 24-48 hours time to resolve my quarry so i asked him to give call to his senior if they can do any favor. But he didn’t transfer call to his senior till 1 hour and keep telling me all the senior are busy with other clients after 1 hour he gave call to Mr. Gxxxxv Yxxxxv and he also want time of 24-48 hours again. Please help me out I want to file a case against paytm what will be the process for same.
