Sir, I had transferred an amount of Rs 699/- to ‘100 bestbuy ‘ company through net banking on 16-07-2014. Initially they had shown 699 as credit point to my account for purchase of any item. But I could not purchase any thing from them so far. Now the credit points are disappeared and also they had not refunded my amount inspite of my request. I, therefore, request to give necessary directives to the company for refund of my amount at an earliest.Thanking you.
