No refund from airtel after mobile recharge failure

I recharged my prepaid number via online through ATM debit card, after a few minutes passed the recharge was failure. I have enclosed this matter to Bharti Airtel Company and the customer service executive assure me that the failure amount was refund to your bank account within 10 days. They don’t refund the amount. REF NO : OTHPG729708580605 AIRTEL MONEY MUMBAI . I will be grateful to you if you consider this matter on behalf of me.
