i ordered a product on askme bazzar on 5th june 2015. The order as cancel without intimate while i contact their coustmer care on 04444444444 they told me the order as be cancelled the amount wil refund with in 10 working days but again and again on contacting them for more than 30 times they told that the amount is credited to my account on 15/10/2015 but the amount not credited to my account. i ask for the transcation id of the transaction without providing it they ask for the scan copy of my passbook after providing that they close the ticket (reason the scan copy of passbbook not clear. i lost the amount and got lot of mental tension on speaking for the amount i attach the scan copy with this for proving that no transcation was made on the date they mentoining.

  1. In my experience I understood that this on line shop is being run by a few unethical merchants. I received a air sofa and the same was defective I raised a complaint the same day and got ticket 31456. They closed the ticket. When I protested they told me raise another ticket. 38454. This also was closed. Hence I raised new ticket. Then they apologised for the delay and informed that reverse pickup is arranged and refund would be done in a weeks time. They not only closed all the tickets but also BLOCKED MY ENTRY INTO THE TICKET AREA. This shows their deceptive and real cheating mentality. Even after 8 weeks no justice was given to me.
