I did the online payment for CCS University exams (B.A 1st Year Pvt.) on 28 Feb. 2016.
I did one transaction on 28 Feb. 2016 and amount Rs:-2124.32/- was deducted from HDFC Bank Credit Card. Transactions was not successful and failed. Still amount was deducted from my HDFC Credit Card Account.
I Called HDFC Credit Card Customer Care Executive, and get to know that transaction has been received by Merchant (CCS University, Meerut) so we cannot refund you. It can be refunded only by CCS University, Meerut. Below is the transaction ids which I have received from HDFC Credit Card which proved amount has been credit in Merchant account (CCS University).Transaction IDs: 066070. I have send around six emails at “email@example.com;firstname.lastname@example.org”. Since 28 march 2016 I have tried many times on phone number (+91 121 2763539) give on official website (www.ccsuonline.in). But no response on email and no one have picked up phone till now. Please help me to get my money back in my account. Your help would be highly appreciated.
