Booked Flight Tickets through goibibo and HDFC Smartbuy on Aug.9 , 2015 and cancelled on Aug.27,2015. Got cancellation mail from goibibo which was forwarded to HDFC Smartbuy. No response. Called repeatedly on their Customer Care No. to which they gave a Complaint ID, when followed up on that, they maintained that it is under process and the amount will be refunded ASAP. Today is 08th Jan,2016 and I have still not received the amount.
Such kind of response reflects very negatively on HDFC. Complaint ID: HDFC123456722243
