I ordered a saree from the online site INDIARUSH.COM. I made payment via online banking. The product with order id #100386620 was placed on 30th Aug 2016. When i received the product on 4th sept 2016, it was a wrong product delivered. I immediately intimated them over mail. No response from their side. They neither receive the contact no provided(most of the time it says the no is busy) nor any relevant help was received over mail. When i raised a return query after much threatnings, initially they said no return possible saying it’s my fault; they infact closed the ticket. On further argueing with them, they arranged the return pick up after a long time but till today i.e.18th september 2016, no refund received nor the refund process has been processed or initiated yet. I have tried all means,call them, mail them, say about approaching consumer forum,talked about online rights etc, every time the reply is just provide us 2-3 days time but it’s more than their estimated time now. No refund received yet. This site is a harassment and i request for help and compensation for the same. Kindly help.
