I paid 92 CAD for activation of my account after confirmation of total money refund if not employed by them as mentioned in their portal. Even after completing 5 months as they couldn’t arrange a single interview call, i asked them to refund my money. Now, they are stating you are not a regular member but a gold member and we don’t refund to gold members and it is not possible to change your membership back to regular membership. They have claimed “While converting to gold membership we have shown the statement claiming that you agree no refund”. But it is not true they didn’t mention any such statement. And they mentioned in their portal that refund for all other who paid(Not employable). But they turned down now. Please assist me regarding this.
