Hi i had made a booking in Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015 with booking ID NF220138867683. Since the flight was non operational, my booking was cancelled both ways on 5th Jan 2015. For one month I got a reply from Spicejet as well as Makemytrip that they are processing my request for refund. Finally after following up several times, i was informed on 6th Feb that Spicejet has refunded my amount to Makemytrip and I should follow up with them. From 6th Feb 20145 onwards i have called Makemytrip customer care several times but have always got the same answer i.e “It will be processed in 3-4 working days”. It has already been 5 times i have got this response within the last one month. as on 8th March2015 , i still don’t know how many 3-4 working days will i have to wait again. Every time i call them they say they are escalating but i see no outcome to it. I have tried all i could and still am harrased in such a manner. The executives don’t forward my calls to thierr superiors as well, on multiple requests. They just say that no one is available or we will arrange a call back. It is really frustrating to follow up for my money for so many days when it should have been refunded long time back. I don’t know where else to turn to as i am getting the same response from them since 1 month. I have attached a copy of complaints and escalations i have make, the response mail that i have received from Spicejet as well as Makemytrip.
