No refund from after cancellation

I got a call from Pxxxxxp from on 19/11/2015. He told me about, a website for online shoppin. I ordered a diwali combo which included Samsung J5, Led Bulbs, Statue of laksmi ganesh and Casio Watch, which was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days for 9999/- (Order ID 44742797). EBS paymentID 44742797. With this combo I was assured a gift a Lenovo laptop which would be free of cost on website as well as in a mail. On 26/11/2015 I recieved a call that only Combo will be sent and for Laptop they need to generate bill and guarantee card so I need to pay 24999/- (EBS payment ID : 45014845) extra which won’t be deducted from account and will be refunded after they have generated the bill. I didn’r recieve the order hence I asked for cancellation and refund of money. I called the helpdesk # 0120650424 around 1000 times, mostly the phone was busy or wasn’t picked up when it was I talked with Axxxxxh, Rxxxxxh, Kxxxxxxxi, Sxxxxxa, Pxxxxxa and few more people everyone assured me 2 days or next day I will receive some update from them, But I never did. Last update I was given they have refunded the money and it’s pending with EBS team which is the payment gateway used for payment. Upon checking with EBS team they haven’t recieved the money either and Mymantra team not providing any trasaction ID or any clear status. I have raised a dispute (Compaint # 16004523869) with HDFC bank as well and asked them to follow up from their Side. Please help me getting my money back from Please let me know if additional information is required in this reagard.
