I paid my electricity bill via Paytm. The amount of Rs 1,110 is deducted from my bank account but it did not reach CESC who is my electricity supplier. I paid the amount on 14th Dec 2016 and yet the refund has not reached my account till date. I repeatedly complained them against my order ID but unfortunately there is no response from their side. I have an updated passbook till the date of as a proof that I did not get the refund. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter and resolve the issue because CESC is sending me warning letters that they will cut off electric supply if I do not pay them as soon as possible.Thank You.
