I paid my electricity bill via Paytm. The amount of Rs 1,110 is deducted from my bank account but it did not reach CESC who is my electricity supplier. I paid the amount on 14th Dec 2016 and yet the refund has not reached my account till date. I repeatedly complained them against my order ID but unfortunately there is no response from their side. I have an updated passbook till the date of as a proof that I did not get the refund. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter and resolve the issue because CESC is sending me warning letters that they will cut off electric supply if I do not pay them as soon as possible.Thank You.

  1. Did not get the failed Transaction Amount from Paytm for Failed Electricity Bill. Customer Service is way too bad, i have spent hours , but could not able to contact any Customer service representative.

    The Interactive Voice Response service is either way too bad or they are not updated with the Real time Data of more than 7 days older data.
