No refund from shopclues for cancelled order

I saw ad for brother sewing machine on shops clues website. It said machine stock so I paid by net-banking on 22 June 2015. Then I got reply from the shop clues saying machine not stock. It gave me an option to cancel the order which I did but I have still not received even after two reminders. I see no reason why they should be hanging on to my money when I have canceled the order. It is unethical to collect money by showing the an item in stock when it is not and then not refund money immediately when the order is cancelled. The shop clues web site continued to show in my account under’ action’ tab message of ‘reorder’ when I had cancelled the order.
