It’s been more than a month having returned the product and opting for a refund, they are not refunding my money. I sent my NEFT details on Apr 15 but they have still not refunded my money. Everytime I call them they ask me to wait. They accepted that they have my NEFT details 20 days back but I never got my refund. After a lot of follow up, I again had to send my NEFT details on 30th of April, but I got a message today saying my NEFT details are incorrect and the refund can’t be processed. I rechecked my details and they are 100% correct. Moreover, they have refunded half of the amount as their store points which I repeatedly told them, I don’t want. I want all my money refunded in to my account, please help me get rid of them.
