My membership ID No: 1222938. I had paid DP amount of Rs. 26474 on 22.08.2015. I sent emails to company on 11.09.2015 for the cancellation of my membership and they wrote that they will process my request within two days. I had many follow up and email but today almost 4 months gone and still no response from the sterling holidays. It’s too pathetic and they are very poor in service. Please help to get my money back.

    I have not received any call & neither your executives had spoken to me about the status.
    Further please explain how am i not eligible for refund with respect to your cancellation policy.
