1> I had taken broad band connection from tikona on 16-17th april 2015. and because of lot of connectivity issue and no resolution to it..it made a termination request on 6th may 2015.

2> as per the commitment from their end….if i terminate the connection within 1 month, i get the entire money refunded after deducting the installation charges of rs. 500.

3> their representative has also fooled me and taken rs.1000 over and above the official charges stating its the charges of the engineers.

4> till date there is no udpate on the refund of the money despite sending emails and phone call. every time i get the same stupid reply that i will get a confirmed email within 48-72 hours. and despite making hell lot of efforts i dont get any reply form their end

Attached is the receipt which confirms that person from tikona had come to my place and taken back all the wires which they had provided.
