No Reliance broadband connection even after payment

I requested for a broadband connection from reliance in Sector 10 A, Gurgaon after moving in to that location with my family last month. Before making the payment of 1770 RS ( Initial Payment + 1 month Internet usage charges ) i enquired with the agent ( Sxxxxh Kxxxxxr) what will be the time required for getting the connection. I was assured that in 3-4 business days it will be provisioned with all the wiring and hardware installations. I submitted all documents and the amount on 22nd August and its been about 23 days that i am waiting for a response. The agent who collected the money and documents is not taking my calls anymore. After my repeated calls, he messaged me few days back that ” the company has run out of accessories and hence the delay since they are purchasing it from external vendors”. He also mentioned that ” company will offer you free internet service in lieu of this delay” . There was no response when i asked for a refund. Please note that i have sent multiple emails to reliance customer care services and the response i have received is ” we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve this with priority “. I have sent several emails and now no response from them as well. In the mean time i have called multiple people and either they did n’t respond or the usual response ” 2-4 din mai Lag jayega Sir. ”

I want to file a legal consumer suit against the company and this agent for all this trouble and wasting my time and effort in all these follow ups and enquiry. I also want to charge this agent for fraud.

    Hi, i would like to,mention that though i confirmed on our telephonic conversation that the connection has been provisioned, i never expressed satisfaction with the quality of service received. Some pointers to reiterate the concerns.
    1) Connection provided after waiting for 25 days.
    2)No response from the agent who collected the documents and payment and rubbish excuses e.g. company has run out of equipments and company will provide free internet for these many days to compensate the delay.
    3) No resolution even after contacting the customer care and sending out multiple emails . All that was done was sending out standard response ” we are working on priority, your issue will be resolved soon ”
    4) There was no response when i asked for a refund.
    5) The equipments provided are not new and have been used before.

    After receiving such frustrating service from reliance and ultimately no logical explanation to the concerns raised by the consumer , I had to go through further harassments. It’s been about 10 days that i am using the service, and i am seriously frustrated by the poor connectivity and response from technical teams. On an average there are connectivity issues almost every alternate days and there is nobody to help. I am facing issues since last 2 days and when i called the technical guy to resolve the issue, i was asked to wait till Monday , since ” It was the weekend” Outstanding services Reliance !!!
