No replacement, no refund from Amazon

I had ordered Timex Chronograph Black Dial Men’s Watch TW000Y405 online from Amazon.in on 15-10-2015. I had also paid Rs100 for next day delivery. The cost of the watch was Rs 4946. I had chosen Cash-on-delivery mode. When I received the delivery I paid using a debit card. I did not open and checked the watch while giving the money since it was a birthday gift to someone else. Later when I opened the box there was altogether a different watch a basic Timex watch – silver dial costing something around Rs 1020/- I immediately gave the feedback on the amazon site and they sent a person for taking it back ensuring that they will send a replacement with the ordered watch. It was supposed to come on 23 oct but I have not received any communication from amazon -except one mail saying it is dispatched. I tried calling the amazon customer care almost 5-6 times but once they know about the complaint they make excuses as – they are not able to hear properly – call again and disconnect the call. This has happened for 5 times in a row. I have my mobile call records.

Please help me get the watch I ordered or refund!!! There is no way to cancel the order now and get a refund!! and tracking the item is displaying that the shipment has come in Pune from last 3 days!!!
