No replacement or refund by PayTM for defective product

I purchased one electronic item from PayTm which order num 987631500, after payment i received this product after 10 days and when i opened this i got this in damage condition. according payTm return policy i submitted complain with Images in 5 days after delivery. Paytm replied me that your complain is under process and this same answer all paytm team replied me in phone and mail till 3 month. after that when i called him again for remind they told me that our return policy now end, we will not be refund you. now suggest me what shuld i take action for solve this.
