I have booked flight ticket to Hyderabad. One ticket I booked in Indigo and second in GOAir. The route booked was chennai to Hyderabad and return Chennai on 16th March and 19th March. I realised the mistake of desitinatoon once I was checking after receiving confirmation from make my trip. Instead of Hyderabad to chennai and return to Hyderabad AI made chennai Hyderabad chennai, Within 6 ministers I contacted both airlines.
Indigo confirmed me to refund fully and asked me to fresh book to chennai to Hyderabad. But GO air did not respond to my calls and later when Hot connected they did not give any proper reply. I tried to resolve this for almost for 2 -3 hours but no use. The helpline person asked me to mail to refund@goair.in and I did the same. Till date I just get an automated reply without any solution. Plz help
