No service from videocon d2h after recharge

Complaint about videocon d2h recharge. Value: 205. I have recharged for rs 205 from e-wallet on 15/05/18 on 7 o clock approx and in midnight 9:50 I am not known about getting there services. I tried on there official mail, there mobile no. But they doesn’t provide customer service. They should try implementing TQM and six sigma practices. They are not thinking about buyers patronage
