I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Platina Spilt A.C. of Voltas from Croma (A Tata Enterprise) on 09/02/2013, Invoice No. SLF02A029010060300, with extended warranty No.172866, upto 01/02/2016. In the month of March I spent lot of time and posted my complaint on so many social network websites and contacting the higher authorities of TATA and it took almost a month to get the A.C. repaired. Again I held up with Tata’s smart staff calling so many times to the call center, having heard so many excuses and still there is no technician to repair the A.C. Now I humbly request Croma to cancel my contract and pay back my entire amount your company collected to provide the service, your company completely failed to provide the service to me.
