I have purchased Xiomi redmi note 4 from flipkart on EMI in February 2015. After a month there is a liquid damage in the device. I visited service center multiple times and they said that they will not repair my device so talk to company. I have mailed all my concern and problem to the company via Email they suggested me to wait for sometime they will resolve my problem. From May I am waiting for a positive response from their side and also paying my remaining EMI”s I thought they will resolve my issue. But till date I didn”t get any positive response they only suggested me to wait for some more time. I am paying EMI”s for a dead device from past 5 months and still facing the problem. That device cost me around 10,400. I need proper justice on this please help. I have proper bill of device and email trail for the evidance of communication between me and Xiomi.
