I have brought a Airtel Dongle from Airtel Outlet vignan nagar bangalore in May 2015. It was working fine for 2 days then its suddenly not working, I took that outlet where they said there is a problem in sim card and they have replaced it and again it worked couple of days. When I called customer care they said, they will try to resolve it in couple of days but that did not happen. I had to many calls, finally one person came to my location who tried doing something for sometime and he said, this is problem with the signal someone will get in touch with you, will be resolved. After that made enough calls they were just kept on promising me will be resolved they are working on it. Also I have sent many email’s to customer care, got couple of response saying will get in touch with you, will try to resolve the issues, after that no replay also But ” They dint forget to generate bills” ? 650 is monthly charges but for 2 months they have generated bill for ? 2500 +.
I took this connection work from home and complete few assignments which i dint able to, also spent ? 2300 to take the connection + they are asking me to pay ?2500 . Also they are calling me and bugging pay the bill saying they are calling from recovery department, as I work in PST time zone I sleep 5am to 2pm worst part is they are calling in this time frame only.
Please do the needful, I am pissed up with this looking forward to good result.
