No support for defective product from Shopclues

I had ordered electric hair trimmer ( order id- 119489570) on 26june 2017. The order was delivered to me but it was manufacturer defect product. The on off button of trimmer is not working. I appeal to shop clues to return and refund my money ( Rs348), but they are not responding to my appeal properly. I think the company is making fool to it’s customer. Kindly take action on my appeal.
