I am neelesh sharma working with network 18 broadcasting news. I have purchased a datawind tablet on 27th may from techno kart india limited through planet m home shopping. I got the delivery on 2nd may. when i opened the parcel i found that one end of the tablet was bulging and not affixed to the back panel. I immediately registered a complaint with the customer care through email. They asked me to visit their nearest store and speak to the service engineer. when i visited their store and spoke to that person, he told that it is manufacturing defect and hence can not be repaired. He asked me to register a complaint and then it will get replaced in 15 working days. From 4 th of may onward I am continuously in touch with the customer care and have all the formalities in accordance with their service. since then i am requesting them to get it replaced, till now nothing had been done. It is disgusting for me to speak to their customer care representatives everyday they always tell the same thing and
till now nothing in this regard has been done. today is 3rd of june , the same thing is repeated again and again. I have tremendous faith on the ICF and i humbly request you to take necessary against them and get it replaced. They should have responded in a sensible way with the customers. This sort of negligence is never anticipated and it is very detrimental to the other customers like me. I sincerely request you to do the needful as this sort of things will hamper the right of the customers to get the value of the product paid.

  1. I ordered samsung 16800 mah branded power bank but i received received
