I had raised a request to resolve my issue on Jan 27 2016 and have followed up since then. I have contacted eBay thrice, sent follow up mails but did not receive any response. Due to DD misplacement while relocating to new house I could not encash it and it expired. From Jan 27 I did not receive any response from Ebay. Today I.e on 5 March 2016 upon contacting eBay again floor supervisor updated that they cannot help me anymore as I have failed to encash it. Upon demanding explanation for the delay he did not reply and updated to do anything you want but we will not support. This is SHAME on eBay…let’s see what eBay does
