I bought a JBL Tune portable speaker in the month of Feb. The speaker worked fine for the first few months but stopped working in June. I went to the listed service centre in Bangalore only to find that the service centre has stopped supporting JBL products.
I connected with the India Support team (the central support agency of JBL) on Jul 13th and they told me that a new service centre will be opened in Bangalore in 10 days time. After repeated enquires they gave me the address of the new service centre on Aug 10th. I submitted the product at service centre on 21st Aug and was told it will be repaired or replaced depending on the problem within 15 days.
Till date I have not received a confirmation that the product is either being repaired or replaced. They keep telling me that the parts needed to repair the product are not available and the replacement pieces are not in stock.
I even offered them to replace the product with some other model which is there in stock but I got no revert from them. Please look into the matter.
