We bought Voltas 1.5 ton Split AC from snapdeal on 21 April. We called Voltas several times for installation request to get the same answer “technician will visit you soon” but they never did.

This delayed the installation for 20 days. After a month when we installed the AC from third party services, the AC worked for 8 hours and then stopped working. We called Voltas again.

On first visit the technician detected gas issues and asked us to pay for gas refill of brand new AC.

On second visit, he said that the PCB has burned out and needs replacement.
He asked us to call his office and ask for a new PCB.

On calling office, the person at the other end says since the AC is bought online from snapdeal, they can’t do anything about it. On notifying snapdeal regarding this, they say since the return period is over they can’t return the product.

Now we have a brand new dead AC without resolution
