I have purchased an HCL desktop computer  S.no. 8133AC691727 vide invoice no.7715 and delivery challan no. 10642 dated 05.10.2013 from M/s COMPORT TECHNOLOGIES, RAIPUR with 3 years warantee mentioned in the invoice. My PC is not working and I have been calling the dealer person Mr. Bxxxxxh Dxxxxxxxn of COMPORT TECHNOLOGY from Raipur but no body has attended the complaint yet. My PC is in warrantee which is mentioned in the invoice itself. Then I contacted HCL and there they say that the PC is with only one year warantee as per their record. I sent them the scan copy of invoice and mailing them since 19 march’2015. However finally on 08.04.2015 I got a mail from Customer Delight Team  HCL Services Ltd.  that my machine is registered with 1 year warranty support only. For warranty extension/support as per the invoice, please get in touch with HCL dealer. However the dealer is not at all responding to my complaint.

All my works are hamperred due to this. Its really very very disappointing that a renownd company and teir dealers are cheating us with such commitments which they are unable to full fill.

As the company is also neither taking any resposibility for such fraud dealers nor taking any action for providing  service I need to register this and have justice for this fraud.
