Non-availability of product purchased from HP Online store

I purchased a notebook (Model No HP 245 G3 Note Book (K7V63PA)) worth Rs 28382 after applying voucher code H7VCZ discounted price 27814/-from hp online store on 30 June 2015. The sales executive at the time of purchase was Ms Sxxxxxa ( IRS ID is 851012) promised me that the product will be delivered in one week. After making the payment I got a mail from HP stating that they were able to make the delivery possible in 28 working days which was not intimated to me at the time of placing the order. I was desperately waiting for the product from the date of purchasing. I use to call HP customer care number 18001801810 on everyday except Sunday for any kind of information from their side. On the first two weeks they told me that the product is not available in India and they will arrange it from Singapore or any were else. I also mailed them regarding this subject but they gave me a reply that wait for a while. For the last 22 days I was waiting for the product and In this morning (21 July 2015) when I called the customer care executive, he told me that they can not arrange the product, hence order another product having the same configuration else cancel the order. I requested them to let me know why you people are behaving like this. He told me that the product is not available so either change the order or cancel the order. Then I asked him that let me know which one of your product is having the same configuration they transferred my call to their technical support team to find a suitable product for me. They cannot give me a correct solution and he repeating the same word that you may contact with customer care executive. Then I called Ms Sxxxxxa from whom I Purchased the product, with agony I came to know that they are not bothered about a customer, they just want commission after selling the product. They even not thinking about a customer that he is paying money, time and trust to a reputed company and they are just manipulating the customer. Another one interesting thing is that if the product is not in their store why they campaign heavily on advertising and misleading people like me. Instead of just saying that the product is not available they used to show it in website and forced us to purchase it. Your honour please kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action accordingly.
