Non-cooperative IIFL employees regarding gold loan

I am holding a Gold Loan at IIFL Narwana, Jind Haryana. I have received a message that on 04 Jun 17 my loan will be due for the renewal and on 13 May 17 at about 1015 hr I ringed the Narwana branch to enquire about the same. I told to the Stele representative that presently I am working in Gujarat and further more 5 months I wouldn’t be able to visit the branch personally hence pls provide me with solution either you renew my loan or extend my loan period for further 5 months. Firstly, their response was that they said the my Gold will be auctioned if I can’t come at the branch. Then I asked to talk with Branch Manager but I was socked with most rude behaviour of the Branch Manager. Firstly he asked for 10 Mins to get my enquiry done and call after 10 minutes. When third time I ringed after 15 Mins, one female employee told that they are enquiring about the same and will call back to me. Up to 03:30 pm I keep waiting for their call but no call received from their side. When about 03:40pm I again forth time ringed the branch they started asking me nonsense questions like ‘ Am I their branch customer? What was your query ? We can’t waste so much time on phone ? This is not a customer care centre?, on the same call I again asked to talk with Branch Manager but is was a loss of integrity of a person he straight way asked to file a complain against them and do what ever I can do against them.

It was a very disappointing moment and loss of integrity for me after listening such words from Branch Manager.

Now he also have threaten to auction my Gold kept with branch as he knows that i am unable to visit the branch perosnaly for next 5 months.

Pls guide or forward my case with IIFL Gold loan high officials to help.
