Non delivery and no response from the Professional Couriers

My friend has couriered me 100 candles gifts for customers on Diwali occasion from Aurangabad to Lonar. Professional Courier Aurangabad Cidco has given a receipt to my friend in respect of consignment, Receipt does not have consignment number. It has been more than 12 days and I have not yet received the courier. There is no positive response from courier service. I and my friend have visited office many times but no response.Please Do needful.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
