Non-delivery and no support from DTDC

I booked a courier in DTDC courier with POD No : H76128475 dated:10/10/17 to Kurnool. The addressee has not received the consignment even on 17/10/17. I made complaint through e mail to the customersupport[@]dtdc.com and telephonically complaint to Tirupati branch also. I got a reply mail from customersupport[@]dtdc.com saying that
” Consignment number H76128475 has been Delivered, as per information received and the case is being effectively closed as on 18/10/2017 3:45 PM “. But till date, ie 23/10/17 it’s not deliverded at Kurnool.

Once again I brought to notice of this to Tirupati branch. Then Tirupati branch office people made a call to Kurnool , the consignment is holding at Kurnool office. Which clearly showing that the consignment is hold at Kurnool. They are not delivered even after 13 days after booking. This consignment having very important documents which should be submitted to my superior. The Address is very clearly mentioned with a mobile number. This contains the bills worth of 10,000/- , which should be submit to my superior. Because of too much of late I’m not sure the bill will approve are not.. Which is really disturbed me mentally and physically. Here with I’m attaching the copys of DTDC POD copy, mails sent and received from customersupport[@]dtdc.com . Please kindly help me in this regard.
