A package (of Whiskas cat food, 3.3kg pack) which Amazon courier was supposed to deliver on 24th didn’t get delivered till date despite repeated emails reminders and phone calls. Moreover Amazon.com has adopted dubious practice of blaming the customer FALSELY stating that delivery was attempted and no one was there to receive product, whereas @ my place (delivery address) there are more than 3-4 people who are there 24×7. This has been happening with amazon.com and is not the only instance. They don’t think twice before blaming a customer for their own shortcomings. I received sms from amazon on two separate occasion with courier numbers that don’t connect. after all this today i call up and one rep saying the package was damaged…!! Amazon India is a horrible service which not only oes harass customers but also blame them falsefully. I hope this would be looked into and dubious practices of amazon india checked in future.
