Non delivery by Aramex Couriers

My Sender send Shipment through Aramex Courier on 23.012.2017. I paid Shipping Charge USD179. the shipment transit India on 28.12.2017. I submit all required documents before 27.12.2017. I have an email acknowledgement. But they are not delivery my shipment till now. I send mail them. I call customer care number. No respond them. I required refund of shipping cost for delay delivery.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
